1.3.20 still can't grok CONFIG_MODVERSIONS

Hi,

1.3.20 looks pretty good, bar one thing - everything goes down
the dumper when compiling if you choose version numbering for
modules (CONFIG_MODVERSIONS).

This is because 'linux/kernel/Makefile' no longer runs the 'dep'
target from the included 'linux/versions.mk'. Simple to fix -
change 'dep' to 'fastdep' in 'linux/versions.mk' or some other
simple workaround.
