(style) Condition 'pBtMgnt.ExtConfig.HCIExtensionVer>=1' is always
true

Source code is

        if (pBtMgnt->ExtConfig.HCIExtensionVer < 1) {
        ....
        } else if (pBtMgnt->ExtConfig.HCIExtensionVer >= 1) {

Suggest remove second test.
