[PATCH 19/47] staging/lustre: fix permission problem of setfacl

From: Oleg Drokin
Date: Sun Apr 27 2014 - 13:19:50 EST

From: Li Xi <lixi@xxxxxxx>

Setxattr does not check the permission when setting ACL xattrs. This
will cause security problem because any user can walk around
permission checking by changing ACL rules.
