[RFC PATCH 05/15] phy: omap-pipe3: Add SATA DPLL support

From: Roger Quadros
Date: Thu Sep 19 2013 - 09:08:15 EST

USB and SATA DPLLs need different settings. Provide
the SATA DPLL settings and use the proper DPLL settings
based on device tree compatible_id.
