RE: Linux 2.6.8-rc4 "Kernel panic: Attempted to kill init!" - after replacing /fadsroot on the Linux NFSserver with the one from Arabella cdrom

I guess (since so far I didn't get any response yet on my previous two
e-mails ;-) )
I could ask an additional question:

When I boot with ramdisk and then manually mount /fadsroot per below;

# mount
rootfs on / type rootfs (rw)
/dev/ram0 on / type ext2 (rw)
/proc on /proc type proc (rw,nodiratime)
192.168.0.4:/fadsroot on /tmp type nfs
(rw,v2,rsize=8192,wsize=8192,hard,udp,loc
k,addr=192.168.0.4)

Could I remount "on the fly" the root file system onto NFS
192.168.0.4:/fadsroot ?
If it is possible - how I could do that (what are the step by step commands
I need to execute ?) ?
