Yes, that is correct.

I only had to turn off IRQ threading for 1, and all is well again.

I am pretty sure I have a cable, however my desktop is the only computer in this
room that has serial ports, and I also don't know how to set up a serial
console. If you feel that this is important, I will see what I can do.
