Hi! Linux newbie needs some help

By compiling kernel 2.6.3 or 2.6.4 I become following warning message :

Thu Mar 11 21:19:29 2004: Skipping Module i810_audio. It's already
loaded.

Please,what does this"ioctl FBIOGET_CON2FBMAP: Invalid argument" mean ?
Is it an kernel-configuration error ?? How to solve this ?
I found - Google search- nothing that could help me.
