OSDL DBT-2 AS vs. Deadline 2.6.0-test5-mm3

Another profile comparison between the deadline and AS elevator with
2.6.0-test5-mm3. It looks like the deadline elevator is doing slightly
more i/o, overall using slightly less processor time. Otherwise it's
only about a 2% difference in the end result according to the NOTPM
column.

These results are from a 4-way system with 4GB of memory.
