	Not having a long memory on these things, do you have an article
or reference on this -- I'd love to read about that one.  Sue Linux?  For
what?  Competing?  

Perhaps by saying Open Source is a threat to the "American Way", they mean they can't effectively 'sue', buy up or destroy it?
