brought back to -test8, parts of it work fine on my 230CDX (parts that
don't: panel light control, hdd timeout. Part that do, and it's good enough
for me : cpu speed/power settings. Well, it's using an old toshutils I can't
upgrade for now, due to OHCI issues).
