Not yet. A port of the international kernel patch to 2.4.0-test2 is
at ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/astor/v2.4/. It compiles,
but I haven't added the ciphers yet. I'll add the ciphers from the
2.2 patch back into the 2.4 port when I have regression tests for the
various ciphers.
