I've got the IntraServer SCSI controller model ITI-6101U2W.
I really do not understand why I am getting the above error message.
The RedHat-6.2 stock kernel 2.2.14-6.0smp boots OK.
Kernel 2.2.15 which I compiled myself is detected OK, but I get
SCSI error giving me a kernel-panick:

================================================
sym53c895-0 on-chip RAM at 0x109002000
CACHE TEST FAILED: scrip execution failed
start=fffced08, pc=fffced08, end=fffced28
CACHE INCORRECTLY CONFIGURED
sym53c895-0: giving up
===============================================

Kernels 2.2.16 and 2.2.17pre7 are not detected with the SRM-console
message.

Does the location of the file in a big / partition matter?
On an Intel-based box, we know it matters.
