ACPI and IRQ13

Yes, I've known of this problem for quite a while.
Toshiba uses IRQ 13 for ACPI and Linux uses IRQ 13
for fpu error (see arch/i386/kernel/i8259.c).

What's the possibility for getting 13 back for
ACPI on these systems, or at least sharing?
