People, me included, were expecting to write to /dev/sda to write to
the CD. Suddenly "sr" becomes writeable.
Note that the loss of partitioning can be a serious problem for some
people: I just happened to give up on partitioning my DVD RAM media
when the change from partion tables in 512 byte sectors to 2048 byte
sectors meant that I could not switch kernels anymore.
Testing the DVD RAM on 2.4.0-ac<something> is still on the todo list.
