Compilation failure of cdrom.c in 2.4.0pre1-ac16

I get:
gcc -D__KERNEL__ -I/usr/src/linux-2.3/include -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -O2 -fomit-frame-pointer -fno-strict-aliasing -pipe -mpreferred-stack-boundary=2 -march=i686 -DEXPORT_SYMTAB -c cdrom.c
cdrom.c: In function `register_cdrom':
cdrom.c:378: warning: implicit declaration of function `CDROM_CAN'

The CDROM_CAN macro is removed by ac16, this can't be right.
