floppy problem - more info

There is reproducible system crash after trying
 to mount floppy twice - with no flopy in drive

  bash-2.03# mount -t msdos /dev/fd0 /a
 mount: /dev/fd0 is not a valid block device
bash-2.03# mount -t msdos /dev/fd0 /a

 in this moment system crashes - no keyboard, no telnet ftom outside

 on console :
