I am not sure of that. Depending on how the hardware actually detects
edge-triggerred interrupts, a risk of interrupt condition to be lost when
device triggers level-sensitive may exist. Note that Intel stuff seems to
detect edge as a level that lasts some minimal delay, so this may work on
Intel.
