I tried:
        ./cmlconfigure -l | more
and got the following:

Traceback (innermost last):
  File "./cmlconfigure", line 1055, in ?
    rules = cPickle.load(open(rulebase))
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'rules.out'

Poking around, I couldn't figure this one out. Is the tarball missing this
file or should I specify something else as a rules file?
