This is probably not be the best example to use, but garzik-changelog
entries could help prevent people changing code from
broken -> fixed -> broken again.

As more people work on Linux and the size/quantity of code
continues to grow, fewer of the top guns will be able
to review all changes. It would be a good thing to help
prevent such broken records (or FAQs) IMO.
