Could you clarify, if you have any problems other than messages.
I.e. do your network communication hangs, and so on?

And the second.
Could you try the latest driver from
ftp://ftp.sw.com.sg/pub/Linux/people/saw/kernel/
with both the driver and the kernel compiled by gcc-2.7.2.3?
