It works just fine here. A few small tweaks are in order to
get IO performance up to par and limit maximum latency on
page allocation.
Then again, maybe I want to borrow some of Davem's active/
inactive code to make VM performance more snappy in wildly
varying loads (but that's orthagonal, except for the fact
that it would automagically solve the last 2 problems with
pre9-2 + quintela).
