PATCH: eliminate bogus invalid checksum warning for 3c905c

From: I Lee Hetherington (ilh@sls.lcs.mit.edu)
Date: Thu May 18 2000 - 10:03:59 EST

The attached patch against 2.2.16-pre2 eliminates the bogus invalid
checksum error for the 3c905c. It closely follows what Donald Becker
has done in his 0.99P version of 3c59x. I've tested it on both the
3c905b and 3c905c with no ill effects.

A similar change would be useful for 2.3.
