That MAC address does not look right, 00:06:29 is IBM, Xircom cards
should be 00:10:A4. Check the MAC on the system that works, what does
that say? It looks like pre7 is not reading the eeprom correctly.
What does pcmcia-cs/debug-tools/dump_cis report?
