Hi !
A few days ago I bought an ide hard disk. It works, but the ide driver is
not able to use dma.
I have kernel 2.2.14 and a Gigabye TX motherboard. I could use ide-dma on the
same motherboard with a quantum disk years ago. Now all other devices are scsi.
I do not know what is wrong, the motherbord, the disk or the ide driver.
