[2.3.36-2] missing linux/br.h

Hello,
The following patch is listed in 2.3.36pre1 and 2.3.36pre2, however,
the kernel fails to compile because "linux/br.h no such file". I double
checked the include/linux directory and was unable to find br.h . Also,
loops_per_sec "first use in function". I believe that this is related to
the missing linux/br.h file. Please add the missing file in 2.3.36pre3 .
