Hi Alan.

Enclosed is a patch to fs/super.c to clean a couple of things up, as
follows:

1. The #ifdef and enclosed initialisation value are the only
places in the entire 2.2.13 source tree where MS_NOSUB is
mentioned.

2. The block below is the only place in this file where the
indentation policy Linus requires aren't followed.
