Let's see.
The plan was to replace DOS with Xenix.
Then the plan was to replace DOS with OS/2.
Currently the plan is to replace DOS ("Windows 98") with NT ("Windows
2000").
I wonder how long we'll have to wait for the plan to change again - and
what the next candidate will be ...
Linux? That'd be allmost full circle. ;-)
