a fried of mine also overclocked with the sam eresult. back to the CPU speed
all was fine.

if I at least would know how I could drop the speed 1 MHz..

the cpu MHz : 467.734441 is slightly too high here.

anyways, 2.2.14pre4 seens to "solve" it for me
