Parse error on capi.c(ISDN), gcc 2.95.1

I am getting this error when trying to compile 2.2.13 with ISDN support:

gcc -D__KERNEL__ -I/usr/src/linux-2.2/include -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes

-fno-strength-reduce -mpentiumpro -malign-loops=2 -malign-jumps=2

GCC version is 2.95.1.
