No idea on which file this happened, I just noticed it in the logs (and no
one has whined about IO errors to me either...) Happens rarely and
seemingly quite randomly. Kind of annoying, having to boot a production
machine every now and then because of this. Ask if need more info (like
kernel .config or anything).
