got the same:
attempt to access beyond end of device
08:02: rw, want34887029, limit‡87555
dev 08:02 blksize24 blocknr34887028 sector-1025193240 size24
count
i.e. on /dev/sda2
# df
Filesystem 1024-blocks Used Available Capacity Mounted on
/dev/sda2 8473165 4459024 3574764 56% /
/dev/sdb1 17202811 13647545 2659243 84% /home
with kernel version 2.2.12
It happens when the machine is heavy loaded and there is a lot of
diskactivity.
