2.3.19-pre1 - two problems, or even three.

Hi,

0. The Makefile still says it is 2.3.18.

1. The line 72 of drivers/char/Config.in still needs a ']'

2. On Compaq Proliant 1600 (dual PII/400) it still does not boot. See
bootlog captured via serial console below with SMP_DEBUG on. Note that
2.3.14 and earlier work fine.
