update_vm_cache still in affs, hfs, ntfs and qnx4

It seems, that update_vm_cache was removed old time ago from kernel
(but not from includes), so affs, hfs, ntfs and qnx4 filesystems are
compilable as modules, but unusable.

I am not expert in filesystem design so knows anybody how to fix it?

There is complete list of places, where references to update_vm_cache still
resides in kernel 2.3.16:

utx:/usr/src/linux# grep -r update_vm_cache .
./fs/affs/file.c: update_vm_cache(inode,pos,p,c);
./fs/affs/file.c: update_vm_cache(inode,pos,p,c);
./fs/qnx4/file.c: update_vm_cache(inode, pos, p, c);
./fs/hfs/file.c: update_vm_cache(inode,pos,p,c);
./fs/ntfs/fs.c: update_vm_cache (p->ino, p->off, dest, len);
./include/linux/pagemap.h:extern void update_vm_cache(struct inode *, unsigned long, const char *, int);
