Scenario: No intesive filesystem use (just editors and some other non-fs
intensive programs).
ls -l /lib/libNoVersion-2.1.1.so

invalid mode 00

fsck then reported **LOTS** of

Illegal block XX (XXXXXXXX) in inode XXXXXXX
