Im afraid you have to disable initrd overwritten check in
/usr/src/linux/Init/main.c

Hi,

I get the following error during boot:

Jul 21 16:25:46 ls3004 kernel: initrd overwritten (0x80fb4000 <
0x815ba04c) - disabling it.

The kernel is 2.2.10-ac12 (same with 2.2.11pre2).
Configuration is 2GB RAM, SMP

Is this a problem with the kernel ?
