Oops on 2.2.5-15

A server that I'm setting up just oops'd on me. It is running a
freshly installed RedHat 6.0 system. The default RedHat kernel
is running, although I'd prefer a gcc-2.7.2.3 compiled 2.2.10
personally...

Anyways, the system is using a Cyrix 150 CPU running at 120Mhz.
This system previously ran Windows 95 without any frequent
lockups, etc occuring. I am assuming that the Oops that occured
is due to Cyrix chips because the suck so incredibly badly.

The solution is likely to replace the chip with a REAL CPU (AMD),
but I wanted to report the Oops nonetheless in case it isn't CPU
related.

Here is the Oops:

Here is /proc/cpuinfo:

[mharris@gw mharris]$ cat /proc/cpuinfo

Is the problem a Cyrix bug, or a kernel bug? Is it possible to
work around it easily (ie: < 10 minutes work)?

If not, replacing it with an AMD or Intel is likely the cheaper
solution.
