2.2.10-ac9 and af_packet unresolved symbol...

I configured "Networking options/Packet socket" as a module.
What could be the reason of reciving following error?

#modprobe af_packet
/lib/modules/2.2.10-ac9/misc/af_packet.o: unresolved symbol sk_run_filter

It compiled fine as buld-in and module.
