Yes it is. At least, I haven't seen anyone complaining about getting
a number of these messages on their screen.

VM: Removing swap cache page with wrong inode hash on page 0xADDRESS

OTOH, if a lot of people have been getting this message, then the
above change probably wasn't safe :)
