isdn-problems with 2.2.9-ac4

After patching my 2.2.9 kernel (with hisax drivers from cvs) up
to 2.2.9-ac4 I get strange errors when I try to dial out.
Below you'll find what my log came up. The interesting part is
after assigning the local and remote addresses. It tells me
something about the network being down. This error only occurs in
2.2.9-ac4. What I boot into my old 2.2.9 it works again.
