Kernel 2.2.9 SMP on Alpha DS20 problem

Hi
I've compiled 2.2.9 with SMP support on a Alpha DS20, 2 500Mhz CPUs
512Mb. When booting it hangs after Entering SMP this are the console
messages:

secondary_console_message on 0 from 1 HALT_REASON 0x0 FLAGS 0x1ee
secondary_console_message on 0 message is 'P01>> START P01>>>'
smp_boot_cpus: Total of 2 Processors Activated ....
start_secondary: commencing CPU 1 current fffffc0011ff70000
spinlock stuck at fffffc000032b0dc(0) owner swapper at fffffc000032a714
spinlock stuck at fffffc000032b0dc(1) owner swapper at fffffc000032a714

The attached file is my .config

Any suggestions?
