Here is a decoded pair of oopses which occured back-to-back after doing:
- automount a samba share exported by a VMWare NT4 session on the same
host.
- Copy a small (~700 byte) file to \tmp on that volume (after verifying
that it can be listed).
- Attempt to read back the same file.
Kernel is 2.2.9-ac3 w/ Trond's nfs fix (works fine, thanks!) and Urban's
little fix to smb. Box is dual-PII SMP w/ 2x333Mhz. CPUs, 128MB memory,
Intel DK440LX "Dakota" motherboard (built-in 2-ch. Adaptec 7895 UW
controller).
