NFS Pb btw SUN and PCs

I actually have a problem when copying large files (or directory)
between a PC (PPro 200) and a SUN (Solaris 2.x)
After 1 or 2 min of copy, I get this kind of message

eth0: transmit timed out, Tx_status 88 status 2004 Tx FIFO room 180.
nfs: server sem not responding, still trying
nfs: task 2970 can't get a request slot
nfs: task 2971 can't get a request slot
nfs: task 2972 can't get a request slot
nfs_revalidate_inode: //test_bart getattr failed, ino%6576, error-512

nfs: task 2976 can't get a request slot
nfs: task 2986 can't get a request slot
nfs: task 2993 can't get a request slot
nfs_revalidate_inode: /// getattr failed, ino31424, error-5
nfs_revalidate_inode: //test_bart getattr failed, ino%6576, error-5

Kernel is 2.2.2 on a RH 5.2 with mount 2.9-o1
Network card is a 3c509

After killing the cp process and waiting a while, I can make an 'ls'
command. So the mount is not fefinitively broken
Just another detail: if I don't kill the cp process, or a ls process
that not properly end, I can't re-access the mounted filesystem

If someone has an idea, please send it to me
Thanks
