2.3.1 compile errors (2 so far)

Hello.

I've been patching my kernel directory since 2.0.0 (I changed jobs right
at the 2.0.0 release). I copied my 2.2.8 directory structure into a
2.3.0 directory, applied the 2.2.8-2.3.0 patch, and applied the 2.3.1
patch.

I've gotten one typo error which I easily corrected:

--- inode.c.orig Fri May 14 10:44:59 1999
+++ inode.c Fri May 14 10:42:57 1999
@@ -89,5 +89,5 @@
else
result->i_op = NULL;
- insert_inode_hash(result)
+ insert_inode_hash(result);
return result;
}

and one larger error trying to compile ide-scsi.c:

gcc -D__KERNEL__ -I/o2/231/linux/include -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -O2
-fomit-frame-pointer -pipe -fno-strength-reduce -march=pentium
-mcpu=pentium -malign-loops=2 -malign-jumps=2 -malign-functions=2
-DCPU=586 -DMODULE -DMODVERSIONS -include
/o2/231/linux/include/linux/modversions.h -c -o ide-scsi.o ide-scsi.c
ide-scsi.c:48: ../block/ide.h: No such file or directory
ide-scsi.c:64: parse error before `byte'
ide-scsi.c:64: warning: no semicolon at end of struct or union
ide-scsi.c:65: warning: type defaults to `int' in declaration of
`current_position'
...

with a lot more stuff following.

Need anything else?
