2.3.1 compile error in ide-scsi, missing ../block/ide.h

ide-scsi.c:48: ../block/ide.h: No such file or directory
followed by a plethora of other errors
I turned off ide-scsi emulation, made the smbfs fix posted herein,
and was able to complete the build... will see if it boots next ;-}
