Empty include/asm-arm/arch-a5k in 2.3.0 tarball

Just downloaded 2.3.0 tar.gz to prime my local PRCS repository and
there is an empty directory called include/asm-arm/arch-a5k. Nothing
in the tar ball refers to that directory.
