2.2.8 __skb_push undefined in linux/drivers/net/ethertap.c

2.2.8 changes a reference in drivers/net/ethertap.c to
"skb_push" to "__skb_push", but "__skb_push" is not defined
anywhere. I guess I will rename it to skb_push locally, but maybe
I am overlooking some other purpose of this change.
