I grepped thru the kernel source but found NO __skb_push BUT a skb_push
I believe this one is the right one. So the solution is either to change
__skb_push to skb_push or vice-versa...........
I changed __skb_push to skb_push (in drivers/net/ethertap.c) and the build
did end ok.
