Dude, what have you been smoking? THIS IS A BUG, not a documentation bug!
The best thing to do here, is to fix the bug in the glibc library! Please!
There are a lot of software out there that uses ftime(). I'm sure if these
authors saw your posting they'd have something to say to you.
