kernel: Socket destroy delayed (r=0 w=96)

That appeared in my logs and after that it respon to all ping packets with
20 to 40 seconds delay.
It happend after 10 days of uptime. Kernel 2.2.6.

I knot that "this should never happen" but is there any way to fix it?
