The funny thing is that, as I wrote in my original message,
binfmt_aout is compiled in the kernel, not as a module (the line above
the binfmt-0064 one comes directly from binfmt-aout.c). I nevertheless
added the line to conf.modules just to see, and the message is still
there. I guess this line is in fact due to binfmt-aout failing, and
that this failure is misinterpreted as a module not being there.
I take advantage of this reply to say that the same executable runs
fine if copied to a local disk.
